Guest Consignor Terms

Exclusive Genetics (EG) is acting as an agent for guest consignor.
By consigning an item to be sold with EG, you have a right to place a reserve price on your consignment. If your reserve is not met, you will be charged a non-refundable consignment fee of five hundred dollars ($500).

If your item is sold, you agree to pay EG a twenty-five percent (25%) commission on the sales price. The buyer will pay EG directly and the commission will be deducted from the sales price prior to remitting net amount to consignor. EG remits statements along with checks to consignors once a month on the last day of each month (all monies received by the 15th of any month will be remitted on last day. Any monies received on the 16th or later will be remitted the following month)

By consigning, you agree to be responsible to obtain all health papers required by state and federal law to transport animal to buyer. The transportation of item will be between buyer and seller.

Each nomination will go before sale committee within fourteen (14) days of receiving nomination. As soon as decision is made, guest consignor will be notified by email.

If nomination is accepted, guest consignor must pay a non-refundable consignment fee of five hundred dollars ($500) prior to consignment being listed on Exclusive Genetics sale ring.The five hundred dollars will be deducted from EG commission if item is sold.
