I/WE ______________________________________ understand that this is only a nomination form and does not guarantee my bull will be selected. However I understand that if he is selected I will be required to buy all heifers created by Exclusive Genetics (EG) when attempting to create bulls. The cost to me will be $1,500.00 per weaned heifer and I will only pay for heifer(s) that make it to weaning. I further understand that if my bull is selected as a sire, I will be required to provide 2 straws of semen (at no cost to EG) for every bull I want to create. I will also pay a deposit on the heifers before the creation process begins. The deposit on heifers will be figured at an estimated # to be created x $750 (50% of weaned cost). Example - I want to create 10 bulls then I would send 20 straws of semen and a heifer deposit check of $7,500. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost at weaning. It is also understood that I will have no ownership in the bulls.
